Refund policy

All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment or purchase (if purchased at boutique location) date. They must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, free of odors including smoke-free, in original package and with all tags attached. All items that are not in their original condition will be refused. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL returns will be issued in the form of store credit-ONLY. Items purchased on clearance are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. All shoes must be in new condition with no sign of dirt or wear, shoes must also be returned in original undamaged box or packaging that it was purchased in. Shoes returned with damaged packaging or signs of wear will be refused. All custom made apparel or items are non-returnable and final sales.

ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF SDCO STORE CREDIT ONLY.
